Stephanie's Floral goes above and beyond the most exceptional service I could possibly expect.I found Stephanie's for mother's day after an unfortunate situation led to a day before order. I found this place from it's exceptional and deserved reviews on google.I ordered a beautiful bouquet with a vase that I ordered for the day after mother's day because it didn't seem anything could deliver sooner.On the day of mother's day I was called by Stephanie's telling me that they noticed my flowers were for mother's day and that they could deliver for me on the same day. I was ecstatic and happily accepted feeling good that my mom would get her flowers on the same day.Unfortunately my mom was unable to answer the door or phone and missed her delivery.I was called by Stephanie's explaining the situation on a voice message. I gave them a call back and they explained very graciously that they had tried their best to get it to my mom, I thanked them for all their hard work and told them I completely understood the situation. The shop had already closed and Stephanie was the only one left, all the deliverers had gone home.I gave my mom the call to give her the bad news, and told her that the flowers would arrive on Monday morning.I received a message later that day though from my mom. Stephanie feeling bad for my situation had hand delivered the flowers directly to my mom. My mom was so touched by the gesture and was so delighted to receive her mother's day bouquet.Stephanie made my mom's mother day the most special occasion and I am so grateful for her care and compassion.What a wonderful florist and what an amazing service to her customers. The flowers were fresh, beautifully arranged and exquisite. I highly recommend Stephanie's Floral and will always use them myself in the future!
